Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of Quanti.co.uk ("the Website", "Quanti") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

Membership

To become a member and participate in the internet cashback service you will need to register on this website. By registering as a member you confirm that you are over 18 and are resident in the UK.

Only one Quanti membership is allowed per person, and a maximum of 2 memberships per household. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. We will only pay cashback on one account per person.

You are entitled to terminate your membership at any time.

Quanti reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate account at any time without notice however, this will not affect any cashback you have been awarded prior to termination.

It is your responsibility to keep your user name and password confidential and that they are not used by any other person.

Cashback may not be transferred from one account to another.

Dormant accounts (showing no transactions) for 6 months will be closed and any cashback accrued will be given to Quanti. We will endeavour to contact you by email before this occurs.

Transactions and earning cashback

Any transactions you make are not with us but with the merchants you purchase from. Any queries, complaints in relation to the transaction must be referred to the relevant merchant and not Quanti.

As a validated member you will receive cashback as a percentage of spend, or a bounty for signing up to specific offers as specified within the directory of merchants available on the Website.

Quanti members may earn cashback by shopping (online) with any one or more of merchants. Members must click on the provided icon or link at the time of purchase to qualify for their cashback payments. Reaching a merchant by any other means will disqualify any cashback from that purchase.

You must be logged into your account to accrue cashback.

If a purchase is returned, refunded or a transaction is reversed, the cashback payment to you in respect of such will not be due to you and will not be made.

All retailers transactions are logged through the use of cookies. We can not be responsible if for any reasons the retailers site are not correctly reporting sales to us. However will will work on our members behalf to ensure such situations do not occur.

All transactions are logged and reported back by merchants. Quanti make every effort to ensure that retailers are correctly reporting cashback sales however, we can not be responsible if for any reasons the retailers site are not correctly reporting sales to us.

Your Quanti member's account will be credited when the merchant confirms your transaction which could take up to 120 days to take into account the returns procedure of the retailer. Until your purchase has been confirmed to us by the merchant, the cashback payment will be listed as pending.

For some merchants cashback is paid on the order value excluding VAT and/or Postage & Packaging and/or Insurance Premium Tax (where applicable). Quanti is trying to publish that information in merchant's description whenever applicable however there is no guarantee this information is always up to date since it depends on merchants and is beyond Quanti's control.

Unless otherwise stated, cashback payments are only available on purchases completed online. No cashback will be paid on phone or post orders. Orders placed online that are later completed or revised by phone are also not eligible for cashback.

If it is deemed that a user is completing fraudulent transactions, their account will be suspended, cashback forfeited and you may be reported to the necessary authorities.

Each offer is governed by individual terms and conditions. Please check with the merchant concerned for full details. Quanti reserves the right to remove or amend any offer at any time without notice.

Your responsibilities

Quanti relies on your computer allowing cookies; it is your responsibility to ensure that you have cookies turned on.

Quanti requires your computer to allow ads. If your computer is set to block ads your sales will not be tracked.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you turn your cookies on with your browser, and that you do not have any software, spyware or adware on your computer that may block cookies or overwrite cookies.

Payment conditions and procedure

We will only make payments to you after we have received the relevant monies in cleared funds from the merchant.

Quanti cashback has no cash value until a withdrawal request has been raised by you and approved by us.

There must be a minimum amount of £10.00 in your account before you can request a payment.

Payments will be made by the method you have chosen in the member's area.

Cheques will be made payable to the payee registered on the member's account and sent by post to the address nominated on the member's account.

Once the amount has been sent, it will be deducted from the member's account.

Quanti aims to fulfil cashback withdrawal requests within 7 days; however we cannot guarantee this and accept no liability for any problems arising from cashback not being paid within this time.

Payments by cheque are subject to a handling fee of £1.00 (deducted from earnings, not charged).

Single payment cannot exceed the limit set for each of the payment methods:

• Amazon Gift Certificate - £30
• PayPal - £50
• Cheque - £100
• BACS - no limits

Communication

It is a condition of Quanti membership that the member provides a valid email address and postal address. Quanti reserves the right to send members messages for which they may not be rewarded. Such messages may include notifications, order confirmations, system updates, special requests and other similar messages ("Administrative Messages") - and may be sent via e-mail or regular mail. Every member can elect to stop receiving newsletters and other promotional e-mails, but cannot unsubscribe from these Administrative Messages whilst retaining membership.

Upon registration, your profile will be created with default settings to determine which kind of communications you will receive from us. You can change your preferences at any time by updating your mailing preferences.

Our Responsibilities and Rights

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The new version will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting. If you use the website after the new Terms & Conditions have come into effect any further use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

We cannot accept liability for the services provided by any of the service providers or merchants featured on this site. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the performance of any product or service listed on Quanti.

This website provides links from this website to websites that are owned and controlled by third parties. These links are provided only for your convenience and we have no control over, and will have no liability in respect of, those websites.

Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and there is a risk, therefore, that any message or information you send to us from this website may be intercepted and potentially read by others. We will have no liability in respect of any transmissions you send to us and you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Website is provided free of charge and we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the website at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. This will not affect your rights to any cashback earned by you.

To the extent permitted by law, Quanti will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of The Website.

If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Quanti cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character (including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages resulting form the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this programme.
