As cashbacklover rightly stated,neither of these proposals constitute a random draw and certainly the last one is a non starter in my opinion,there may be one member,who never logs on and therefore the competion would become a dead duck as the other members are prevented from re-entering.
If the rules are to be changed,then No.1 is obviously the only option,but i don't believe you can then call it a random draw.
 

I believe that people should be given longer to claim as its unreasonable to expect people to be up all through the night and about during every hour in the day time, IMO 10 hrs to claim then gives people more incentive to log in, although I will say from my own perspective that if Quanti wants people to do more Cashback deals on the site then it needs to be more proactive in getting exclusive/ higher paying Cashback deals and more no spends. Its no good Quanti saying that they cant compete in certain areas like energy/financial due to other Cashback sites getting higher rates based on volume as obviously we are going to click to where the higher rates are. If Quanti cant compete on highest spend rates then it needs to get more no spends.
 
Minimum cashin by BACS needs to be at least halved if not reduced to 1.00  as well IMO. 

I am seeing names coming up with random wins and these then being claimed.Most of these names have not posted on the forum,seeing as it supposed to be a forum competition,should there not be a stipulation that the winner must be an active forum member or at least made x number of posts.After all,that is the aim isn't it,to get the forum up and running.
Apologies to any winners that have posted and i have said otherwise.

I do believe you are mistaken aspella,i think the name that came up at 3pm yesterday was not cashbacklover,but cashbackguide or something like that.
 

I'm not mistaken cashbackguide's name came up at 5pm. I remember quite clearly that it was cashbacklover's name at 3pm as I logged on expecting a new forum giveaway and was surprised to find the hourly random giveaway - got the impression it was created to stop cashbacklover . Like Lisaw said this is meant to be a bit of fun and so far I've enjoyed the forum giveaway and hourly random giveaway and look forward to seeing my name pop up.
