Hmm, we had a conversation earlier about our Hourly Random Winner prize draw and effectively we have two options but cannot decide which one is better. Basically, when someone wins then they can't be put back into the basket for another draw since there would be cases when someone wins 2 or 3 times and someone else 0. Do you agree?
So there are two options: So there are two options:
1. Winner will need to wait a certain period of time (i.e. 24hrs) before they are entered into a draw again.
2. Winner will not be entered into a draw until all other member have won.
Which option you think is more fair and which one you would prefer?
 
 

 So I been sat here all night again logged in believing that the rules were already set in stone and that it was a totally random competition meaning that in theory the same name could come up more than once, either someone who had already claimed or someone who was not about to claim. Either its random as decribed on O/P or its not random as described in O/P   ( I believe that Cashbackguide came out rather than my ID coming out twice.   
 
Strange how so many people were not about at the top of the hour when there ID came up yet it was stated "you must be logged in in order for the name to be selected" Baswaldo stated as a matter of fact that he wasnt going to be about after a certain time.   How do you know that someone will be logged in in order to fulfill "24/7/365" ? No good saying you meant that you have to be logged in to claim because thats obvious. 
 
I stayed logged in all night and early hours of the morning watching the screen at the top of every hour believing these were the rules, yet it appears no firm decision has been made. 
 
"In order to have your name selected, you must have chosen your forum nickname already, and you must be logged in. Unfortunately, if you miss your name than you've missed your prize. Fortunately, your name can appear again, and again..."
