Sometimes we are not notified about changes in commissions offered by merchants and occassionally we may offer lower cashback than we actually get paid by the merchant (and other way around ). It's corrected immediately when spotted but any advice from members will be immediately investigated.
 
In cases when we advertise the correct cashback rate (i.e. the actual merchant's commision) and it's lower than somewhere else - we will try to match it. It may not be the case for financial products, some utilities and a few other retailes due to special agreements and deals between merchants and other sites. For other retailers (when cashback earned is % of your spend) we will attempt to match it.
