How do I create a support ticket?

Go to My Account -> Enquiries & Support, click on New Enquiry and select the reason for your query from the dropdown box. This will enable your support ticket to be routed to the relevant department so they can provide a prompt response. Most queries are handled within eight business hours of being received. Because we aim to keep costs down and pass on the maximum savings to our customers, we are currently unable to offer telephone support.
